Strong inner self: Feeling blessed

Well, this is the time of huge crisis everywhere in every sector. This is not basically a health crisis but humanity crisis in fact! Health crisis is basically a small part of the whole big-screened humanity crisis. I do agree that maintaining good health nowadays becomes challenging for everyone but this doesn’t mean that it’s not possible.

Being at the centre of every human activity, individual health is prime. This comprises holistic health. Body, mind and soul altogether constitute holistic health. Usually, physical or bodily suffering we recognize quickly but rest two very much unrecognized or neglected till the time it blust with unaccepted events for everyone.

I don’t know why but I feel a lack of endurance among the majority of the youth today. Here, this article I am especially addressing to all the youths and their parents of the country and worldwide whoever suffered or liable to any kind or any form of stress, failure, ups and downs, rumours, struggle, rejection or events which made them feel unwanted, worthless or empty from within.

I do agree that there are many situations in our lives which ruins us very deeply, hurts quite intensely that we lose our peace of mind, belongingness and wiseness too, feel detached, vulnerable and absent from self at that point of time but sometimes may persist for long. Alarming! if persisted for long.

Good and Bad situation: time matters

No-one is on this earth, who never faced any hardship, it’s nature’s style to make you learn certain behaviour, habits, skills or problem-solving attitude towards any hardship which you recognize ever in your life span, making you experienced and wise enough to handle upcoming events whatever, good or bad. But what behaviour you should learn this is purely on one’s hand. In a given situation, the behavior would be either positive or negative, but solution for that Good and/or Bad situation and the outcome will define the event.

Higher self: one method to keep healthy

Here, comes family, parents and your friend’s role making you decide which way to go!

One best friend of anyone is their higher self which is always there with everyone as a mentor, as a guiding force. Try to listen to that inherent power of yourself. Try to look within yourself and to find the answer of your unanswered question from the core, from the soul level keeping all your senses stable and still for time being to go at a very deeper level. when you look within, you will definitely feel immense peace, sense of belongingness, positiveness and growth for everyone. This is the state of selflessness, purity, your goodwill where you will get maximum serenity, ultimate happiness, peace and answer of every question asked, gradually one by one.

This higher self could be achieved by introspection, meditation and talking to yourself. This is the best reliable friend you will ever find. But finding this is actually an achievement for those who found and stay connected always! This friend will not leave you ever till your last breath and even after, if you do friendship with this you will never feel lonely ever, no matter whatever the external environment or situation maybe!

Here, this is my kind appeal to all youth that kindly do friendship with yourself first and then anyone else externally !! Your inner self will guide you exactly in the same manner as some divine power from nature nourishing you and providing a way for your success and serenity.

External help: Do not hesitate

I am feeling blessed that I have this friend with me always for providing the right way no matter how harsh the external environment will be! But if this bond will break you will feel disastrous unpredictable, and inevitable events of your life where you definitely need to seek help from external. Don’t hesitate to do so then! Approach to anyone who is close to your heart before stepping in any unwanted brutally events either towards self or others anyhow!

Youths are the power of any country if today’s youths will have lots of intolerance towards any crisis, committing suicide indulge in unfair acts or doings rather tackle with the situation and act victoriously then what will you preserve for the future generation, what advice you will give to your younger siblings, fans or your admirers then?

Think before doing any act that, what impact this will give to your family, friends, loved ones and to society at large?

Yes, I do agree that this phase is really a period of big crisis across the world. People are suffering, we all are suffering one or the other way, maintaining a healthy mind is a big challenge under the effect of lockdown, economic slowdown and joblessness. Even though taking any harsh step is not good and condemnable.

Time is dynamic. This is not going to be as it is as today! If, today is a bad time, bad day. Believe me, this will also go as past. Important is to maintain the balance between these two-good and bad days!

Stay healthy, safe. Take care of yourself and your beloved mental health!
