Introvert or Extrovert? Most of the people, is not able to speak up publicly, due to stage fear or unable to present their thoughts, or raise the voices or put their opinion in front of the public.

I always used to be silent, sleeping in the classroom, that too sitting in the first bench, usually Does not answer the questions teachers poses due to shyness, fear of the wrong answer.

I also participated in the Race. It does not mean I won the Race, nor Lost the Race, but trying to keep in pace with others rather than sitting on a bench outside the race.

Social media or blog writing is the same manner, where whole world is expressing their opinions and trying to find the creative solutions. For example, Our Education system, which is having a rigorous syllabus, taught between four walls is extended to community practices and project management. Education in near by future we may see without Mark List or Grades, it may the skill test, and the teaching is being given in open spaces like MOOC Massive Open Online Courses, where the walls are broken, and the rigorous curriculum is broken, Student himself or herself designs the curriculum and learn the skills needed for a specific role. We may need multiple degrees to get a job, not just learning Nursing is sufficient, they may ask us to prove the Digital marketing skills etc.

so, we need to keep up with the pace of world, its better to have the writing skills, irrespective of right or wrong, it can be corrected, no need to fear, For example, I put open sorry letter for one of my previous article, I even said that I am not going to write the personal articles, but the personal article writing has lot of advantages, it improves the self, improves the self confidence. I have seen people now a days, seeking for:

How many views my article have?

Does my article have impact?

Is it useful for the public?

I cannot answer all above questions, but I can say that easily, I took advantage of the blog, to improve the writing skills, it improves the grammar, helps to develop writing skills to produce clear and effective communication. There is a hidden advantage, I will be known to many people, people recognize us, improve day by day in Interpersonal skills, Online presence helps to maintain the Self marketing!!!

Writing helps to express self, Voice the Ideas and Feelings. Helps to connect with like minded people and others who criticize our thoughts.

Blogs help us to identify the problems we face in profession, which usually not present in the research journals, and blogs may become the base for research problems and also helps in data generation.

Nurse Bloggers are needed in India, Blog has lot of benefits ranging from expressing opinion to monetization. Blogger do earn Money!!!

I am a Bad Writer, Shall I write? yes, no problem, there are people to criticize you, correct you, guide you, Internet is sea of resources, get out of comfortable zones, write something, it may not be professional. “How to Cook Rice” is a situation, where to write openly to coverup the problems faced in my first article, “Nurses are essential Health workers or overlooked health workers” this article still needs lot of revisions, due to poor worded statements, even though the presentation is at worst! but it looks refined once all the evidences are kept up. Any how I am not doing it near future in view of Professional Defensiveness, and the timing is not right!! its the time needed to uplift the positive image, instead focusing on problems. But the question is, can problems be solved without speaking up.

One more thing which people usually do is that they does not maintain the confidentiality of the work place, in articles, I feel its not good to project the names of organizations, Person in the blogs. Instead focus on the problems rather than the persons or organizations.

once you become proficient in writing, these skills you may also use for revenue generation, for example many blogs now ask for freelance writers, Content Marketing, Affiliate marketing etc.,

write something constructive instead of destructive, be positive, motivate others to write, create own website, build online popularity, people may offer you with some chances, improve social networks.

Start to write and succeed. Writing is such a skill, needs creative talent. Introverts, may not speak but can present excellent in writing. Does not mean all writers are introverts.

Very well written. I agree with the fact that many of us do not come forward to speak. Thus, this is a good plaform for those to share their thoughts, experiences and improve their writing skills.
