Jyoshna Mohanta was a female health worker at CHC Jujumura. Dist. Sambalpur, Odisha. She took her last breath on 28.05.2020. Our deepest condolences to the bereaved and we pray that the almighty give strength to her family and friends. A good heart has stopped beating while serving the nation in this pandemic.
Mamta Nayak, One of the representatives of Odisha ANM Associations has expressed her condolence to her colleague and offered prayers and sympathy to her family during this dark time of their life.
Her death is supposedly due to heart attack. On Thursday, She went for her regular duty, returned home and went to sleep but sadly the next day morning she was found lifeless.
May God give her soul eternal rest.
Prayers…
RIP. Are there any studies looking at the work ability , morbidity, mortality and life expectancy of ANM working till the last day as ANM and in field. Can we expect a ANM with 50 + year to climb the hills and work? I think we need to respect the knowledge they gain via practice and initiate career development based on their skill.
May her soul rest in peace
